Der ZIF Sockel ist für viele Variationen der BGA-Gehäuse ausgelegt. Unterschiedliche Ball Durchmesser,- Abstände und Gehäuse-Dicken werden toleriert.
Das Bild unter "Geeignete Gehäuse" zeigt die Abmessungen die von diesem BGA Top-Print akzeptiert werden.

Converter Bedienungs-Anleitung

Um BGA Devices programmieren zu können ist es notwendig, den BGA-Top-193 ZIF-CS mit einem BGA-Bottom-x Print zusammen zu stecken. Welches der richtige Bottom Print ist, entnehmen sie bitte den Hinweisen in der PG4UW-Software.
Um das Bauteil einzusetzen, öffnen Sie bitte die Klappe.
Berühren Sie bitte nie direkt die Kontakte des Converters mit den Fingern, denn eine "Verschmutzung" kann Fehler während der Programmierung nach sich ziehen.
Um das Bauteil aus dem Sockel zu nehmen, öffnen Sie bitte die Klappe.
Die Abbildungen zeigen den Aufbau und das Zusammenfügen der einzelnen Komponenten zu einem kompletten BGA-Converter.
Für den Umgang mit dem Bauteil empfehlen wir eine Vakuum-Pipette.
